 Mr. Sulayman has over two decades of experience in complex litigation in different state and federal courts. He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, including both bench and jury trials, and has participated in many alternative dispute resolution hearings.
In the litigation arena, he has successfully handled healthcare, commercial, and business-related litigation matters including catastrophic personal injury claims, qui tam claims brought under the False Claims Act, breach of contract, and employment disputes.
